ROCKFORD — Ronit’s Kitchen, offering Israeli-style cuisine located in the Indoor Rockford City Market in downtown Rockford, announced that it will give away free meals to frontline workers each week in May.
Ronit’s Kitchen is asking individuals to go to @RonitsKitchen on Facebook or @RonitsKitchen815 on Instagram to nominate a frontline worker to receive a free meal that serves up to four people.
One recipient will be announced every Friday, with a total of four frontline workers receiving free meals. Recipients will be chosen by owner Ronit Golan and her staff and announced on Facebook and Instagram.
No purchase is necessary. One nomination can be taken per household. Nominations must be received by 8 p.m. each Thursday of the month in May.
Ronit’s Kitchen is currently open, offering carry-out to customers from 11 a.m. to 1 p.m. Tuesdays through Saturdays and from 4 to 6 p.m. Tuesdays through Fridays.
